He's Electric: Liam head-to-toe in Pretty Green
From music to fashion, the much anticipated menswear label created by Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher launched this month.
The Pretty Green clothing range (named after a song by The Jam) is very much mod-inspired clothing featuring polo shirts, hats and jumpers. The collection is available in classic mod colours with the Pretty Green logo leading the design.
No Liam Gallagher clothing range would be complete without his iconic khaki parka jacket, which is priced at £245.
Talking of the label, Gallagher said: “I love clothes. [Pretty Green] is going to do clothes I like. If people like it, cool and if they don’t, they don’t.
“I’m not here to rip anyone off and I’m not doing it for the money either. I’m doing it cuz there’s a lack of stuff out there of the things I would wear.”
So far the new limited edition range is menswear only although Liam has hinted he might let his wife Nicole Appleton “design a parka or something” in the future.
The Pretty Green collection is available online at www.prettygreen.com

I have had a quick look through the website and to be honest way to expensive. Just coming in with £55 polo tops? which do not look anything special. Plus the t shirts £40 that’s pricing even the male shopper that goes to House of Frazer out of the market. Personally i think £30 max for a t shirt £40 polo top £55 shirt. Who is his target market though? the fans of Oasis? or what. I think he needs to re think this launch of a clothing product and concentrate on who he is actually aiming at, it is definitely is not me.
