We love our music just as much as we love our fashion here at Wardrobe and we always get excited when both come along at once!
Music and fashion go hand in hand together and I’ve come across a band who have put their creativity to good uses, creating music and designing clothes.
Marie France and Lucy Catherwood make up the band Video Villain, who have designed their own brand called Art Disco, made up of ethical t-shirts, vests and sweatshirts with eco-friendly prints.
Their range can be worn by both men and women and there’s a few tops I would love to add to my wardrobe.
As well as creating their own designs, they’ve also produced the video to their debut single ‘Fearless’. The video is based “around the feeling of change and uncertainty and travelling along a dark road – inspired heavily by David Lynch’s Lost Highway.”
Any David Lynch-esque music video is a goodun in my book. Some of his films are amongst my favourites. I really like this song too, especially as they draw influence from Nine Inch Nails and Aphex Twin, who I love.
Making music videos, writing my own songs and designing my own clothes seems like way too much for me to do very well at all, so kudos to these girls!
Fearless is available to download today. To find out more about Video Villain visit their website.

Went on the site too, got some cool stuff. Spotted a Brad Pitt tee with a difference haha. Love it.
