Are you a fan of vintage jewellery and accessories? If you are, you might want to have a look at what’s on offer at the upcoming vintage jewellery and accessories auction, which is being held by Fellows auctioneers in Birmingham.
I absolutely adore finding the vintage jewellery stalls at fairs and markets. I’m always stuck there for a long time. Part of the appeal for me is the costume jewellery that can be found amongst vintage pieces, but there’s a wide range of jewellery on sale at this auction. The great news is that a lot of the pieces are extremely affordable, so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank if you’re looking for some authentic vintage bling.
Taking place on Monday 10 September at 10am, the Fellows auction will feature all manner of things, from cameos and lockets, to cufflinks, handbags and clothes. I’m going to pick out a few of my favourite things that will be available, in a range of prices, but you can have a look at the rest of the catalogue here.
There are some lovely pieces similar to the woven seed pearl brooch which I think would be lovely for bride-to-be looking to add a vintage touch to her outfit. And there some designer finds to be had at some affordable prices- there’s a Chanel chain belt that you could snap up at under £100.
Do have a look at the rest of the catalogue. There are some beautiful lots estimated at an affordable price. Equally, if it’s within your budget, you may want to check out the pieces which are a bit pricier- there are some gorgeous authentic items on sale.
